CORE Multiramo is a Whole Life insurance policy with a Single Multi-segment Premium created by Aviva S.p.A. (www.aviva.it, hereinafter also the Company), distributed since 6 October 2015 exclusively for Fineco customers. It is the combination of a profit sharing insurance product and a unit linked financial-insurance product. For details of the characteristics, risk and cost of the product, before subscribing, please read carefully the Information Sheet, available on the website finecobank.com or from the Personal Financial Advisors of the Bank. The degree of financial risk of the product varies depending on the distribution of the capital invested in the UCIs and in the Internal Separate Account: for the part invested in the Internal Separate Account, the Company guarantees preservation of the capital, paying a guaranteed minimum interest rate of 0% for the duration of the contract, while for the part invested in UCIs there is no guarantee of capital or minimum return paid by the Company; the contracting party, therefore, assumes the financial risk associated with the negative performance of said UCI units. It is therefore possible to obtain a total or partial redemption value less than the premiums paid or capital, in the event of death of the insured party, less than the premiums paid; in the event of total or partial redemption, moreover, exit penalties may be envisaged. The costs levied on the premiums paid and those levied on the Internal Separate Account and by the UCIs reduce the performance.
Advice Unit Target and Core Unit Target are two full-life unit-linked insurance policies by Eurovita S.p.A., which pay a capital sum on the death of the Policyholder. Before signing, read the terms and conditions of the policy and the summary sheet available from financial advisors authorized to offer products externally and on the website of the insurance company www.eurovita.it. The total benefit paid in both products cannot in any case exceed €50,000. There is no financial guarantee on performance, so the amount payable on the death of the policyholder is not set in advance and may be more or less than the premiums paid. The premium includes costs relating to insurance coverage and any other additional and optional coverage, redemption costs and costs incurred by internal funds.
Core Unit is a unit-linked financial-insurance product created by Eurovita S.p.A., exclusively for Fineco customers. It is a whole-life insurance policy involving investment – as chosen by the investor-policyholder – in harmonised and non-harmonised Collective Investment Undertakings (CIUs) in Italy or overseas (“external funds”) and/or in model portfolios (Building Block selection and Core Block strategy), comprising an external fund allocation decided by the insurance company. Before signing, please read carefully the Offer Prospectus and policy conditions available on the website finecobank.com and from FinecoBank Personal Financial Advisors, and also on the website of the insurance company www.eurovita.it. In relation to investments in external funds, the policy carries financial risks for the investor-policyholder relating to the the performance of the unit value of the units of such funds, including: the possibility of obtaining a total redemption value that is less than the premiums paid; the possibility of obtaining a capital sum in the event of death of the insured party that is less than the premiums paid.
