Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549:2018 (WCAG 2.1) due to the cases of non-compliance and/or exceptions listed below.

Not accessible contents

The contents listed below are not accessible due to non-compliance with Law 4/2004.

In drafting this Accessibility Statement, we considered WCAG 2.1 standards and sought the cooperation of people with different disabilities who tested the site. They made use of tools with assistive technologies such as the main screen readers (TalkBack or VoceOver) useful for identifying the text shown on the screen, presenting it as output in speech synthesis. Screen readers are tools used by people who are blind, visually impaired, and those with DSA (dyslexia).

Some users may experience difficulties in using some pages or functions of this site, as they are only partially accessible.

Non-textual content: the alternative text that makes graphic elements accessible to assistive technologies, in many cases, is either not present or is in English.

Contrast (minimum): the site, in numerous parts, does not meet the minimum color/brightness contrast required by accessibility standards.

Keyboard accessibility: not all functions are accessible by keyboard, and the keyboard focus is not always visible and/or does not follow the logical order of navigation. Using the keyboard, the main menu items can be navigated, but not the expanded menu.

Block jumping: internal links that facilitate keyboard navigation are not present on the site.

Purpose of linking: on several pages of the site there are generic links and empty links.

Headings and labels: on the homepage and other pages of the site, not all levels of headings were used consistently.

Labels or instructions: some interface elements lack labels. Therefore, some specific interactions may be difficult for users using assistive technologies. In particular, some screen readers may not interact properly with some interface elements. The order in which elements are read may also not match the logical order.

For a blind or visually impaired person, the online account opening procedure, in particular, the identification procedure, may not be accessible.

Finally, it should be noted that some PDF documents downloadable from the site are partially readable for those using screen readers, because they lack hierarchical structure (table of contents, headings, internal links) and text alternatives.
