Lost codes

Forgotten your codes? You can easily recover them by following this simple procedure, straight from your computer. If you have lost your codes or they've been stolen, please contact us immediately.

Select the code you have lost:

We will send you a new Activation Code and your User Code.

The new Activation Code will be sent to your home by express delivery.
Once you have submitted the request, you will no longer be able to access the site with your old password.
The User Code remains the same and will be sent to you by email.

Insert the tax ID code and email address registered with Fineco.

Don’t have email? You can send the signed form to Customer Care by fax to +39 02 303482631 or by email to the address helpdesk@finecobank.com.

Note: there must be at least 7 working days between requests.

If you have only lost your User Code, call 800.52.52.52 (from a landline) or +39 02.2899.2899 (from mobile phones or from abroad) press “0” to access the menu for assistance with your codes.
If you have lost a secret code, as well as your User Code, follow the procedure for recovering them:

Request Web Password + User Code
Request Activation Code + User Code

We will send you a new Web Password and your User Code.

The new Web Password will be sent by express delivery straight to your home.
Once you have submitted the request, you will no longer be able to access the site with your old password.
Your User Code remains the same and will be sent to you by email.

Insert the tax ID code and email address registered with Fineco.

Each request costs €0.95
Note:there must be at least 7 working days between requests.

You can set up or change your Phone password or Vocal password on the reserved area of the site, in the "Code Management" section.

If you have lost both your Web Password and your PIN code, fill in the form and send it by fax to Customer Care on +39 02 303482631 or by email to the address helpdesk@finecobank.com.

We inform you that, if your mobile phone number is certified, you can generate a new PIN code for free, directly from the "Code Management" page in the reserved area of the site.
In this case, we suggest you ask just for the Web password to be sent to you by express delivery.

NOTE: requests to regenerate codes cannot be cancelled.
