Lost codes

Codes lost or forgotten? Follow this procedure to retrieve them.

Select the code you have lost:

We will send you a new Activation Code.

Insert the User ID and email address registered with Fineco to submit the request.

Note: Code regeneration requests cannot be cancelled.

 

Don’t have an email address? You can complete this form and send the signed form to Fineco Support via fax to +44 (0) 207 06 57 553 or via email to support@finecobank.com

If you have only lost your User ID, call 0800 640 6667 (from UK) or +44 (0) 20 706 57 557 (from abroad).
Press "2" to access the menu for assistance with codes.
If you have lost the Activation Code follow the recovery procedure:

Request Activation Code

Insert the User ID and email address registered with Fineco.

You can set or change your Client Service Password directly on the Your Fineco codes page in the client area of the website.

If you have lost both your Password and your PIN, complete the form and send it via email to support@finecobank.com or via fax to Fineco Support on +44 (0) 207 06 57 553.

Please note that, if your mobile phone number is verified, you can generate a new PIN for free, directly on the "Your Fineco codes" page on the client area of the website.
In this case, we suggest you ask only for a new Web password to be sent to your address.

Important: If one or more of your codes have been stolen, please contact us immediately.
